Welcome to Shareket Belad Alwathaek Lelkhadamat Wa Altebaa, also known as Doculand. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Doculand website (the “Site”) and the services provided by Doculand (“Services”). a. Orders: By placing an order on the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding the Printed Materials, quantity, delivery address, and any other required details. Doculand reserves the right to refuse any order in its sole discretion.
b. Pricing and Payment: All prices for the Printed Materials are displayed on the Site and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for paying the applicable fees for your order, including any applicable taxes or shipping fees. Payments must be made through the designated payment methods provided on the Site.
4. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership: Doculand retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Site, Services, and any content provided therein, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software.
b. License: Doculand grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site and Services for their intended purposes. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
